Our main aim when you contact us is to do our best to find you a new home that meets your rental requirements, as simply and hassle free, as quickly as possible.

We will do our best to match your budget with a property that is suitable both in your requirements and has a compatible specification. After discussing your requirements and needs with you, we will arrange for you to view any suitable properties that we currently have available. We will accompany you on all the viewings and do our best to either answer or find out the answer to any questions regarding the property and area you have.

Once you have found a suitable property, we will discuss with the landlord your contract, and begin the referencing process, keeping your informed all the way through right down to the day you move in to make sure everything goes as smoothly and hassle free as possible.

Our fees are some of the most competitive in the market place, and most definitely considerably less than the corporate agents, and we believe for the level of service offered extremely fair.

We take the attitude that all customers we come into contact with should be treated with respect and honesty. Whilst we act in principle for the landlord, we do believe that everyone gains when relationships are good natured. We have seen too many potential tenants, upset by bad service, inaccurate property details, and the desire for agents to make a profit, before considering the needs of the customer.
